Refund policy

 

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Kradl as we are. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 60 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is still in its original packaging, and it was not sold as a refurbished unit.  For products purchased from an authorized third party dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. We do not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. We do not accept returns on customized products or items purchased outside of Kradlco.com.

You may exchange a Kradlco.com purchase for another Kradl item of equal or greater value (in which you are responsible for the difference in cost) within 60 days after the original date of purchase, excluding refurbished units.  Exchanges for items purchased outside of Kradlco.com will not be accepted.

All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds and exchanges.

For all returns and exchanges within the prescribed time periods listed above, please contact us and we will pay for the cost of return shipping as long as the original purchase qualified for free shipping (excludes refurbished units).  

A product is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange more than 60 days after the original purchase date.

To request a return, please contact customer service at support@kradlco.com or (858) 240-9902.  If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Order form to inside the box with your return. This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from us via phone or Kradlco.com.
