We offer free ground shipping on qualified orders. Free shipping is valid on orders shipped in the United States. Orders shipped to any territory or jurisdiction outside of the United States are not eligible for free shipping. Depending on your order details, you may be presented with paid shipping options after you enter your shipping address during the checkout process. Please contact us for any special requests.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, and many will ship on the same day. Please allow 1–6 business days for delivery within the continental US. The time will depend on your location and the shipping carrier (typically either USPS or UPS). As soon as the package is handed off to a carrier, we have no control over the package delivery timing. All major carriers stopped compensating shippers for late deliveries a few yeas ago (except for overnight shipments), so we are unable to compensate you if a package was shipped on time but delivered later than expected by the carrier. Look for a shipment tracking link sent via email or SMS when your order has been processed.
